Xbox 360 disconnections. HELP!

Hello,
I have recently moved back home from university where i had my 360 set up and everything worked fine. Now i am back home my xbox keeps disconnecting from live randomly. I have a wired connection and no other electronics connected to the internet disconnect at all. These disconnections happen randomly all day. Sometimes its every 10 minutes, sometimes i get an hour online then it goes off. Its really annoying and if anyone could help I'd really appreciate it.
