To start with, ensure that the hardware setup of your Roku streaming player is proper. Nextly, check whether your Roku is connected to your network. You can check it by the status that appears on the TV screen. You will either get a connection successful message or a connection failed message. If the connection is not successful, try reconnecting your Roku and your network. If the problem still exists, try generating the activation code once again. All you need to do is press the start button on your Roku remote and then select get a new code. Now a link code will appear on the screen. Enter it on the Roku.com/link page.
