Counterstrike 1.3 - voice problems
Hello,
The first time I installed Counterstrike 1.3 everything worked. The voice talking feature worked, but my voice was all scrambled. Many suggested it was because of XP. After seeing an article on counterstrike.net

After I did this "voice_dsound 1", the voice feature no longer worked. My microphone IS on, and sending data (there is a sound icon), but if I press TAB and look at my name on the score listing, there is no voice sound icon right by my name. And yes I do have the voice feature enabled in the options. Anyone have any ideas?
Problem 2:
Someone in the ars server once showed me a way to "hear my own voice message after transmitting" in a game of Counterstrike. I think it was something with ..._loop? or something. Can anyone tell me?
