Change priorty of the controllers cont.1 to cont.2

Hello all,

My controller port 1 is broken like 7 years. And there is no way i can repair it. But my controller port 2 is working and i wonder if there is anyway that i can play games while my controller is in the second port?

Please help.

I did not find the right solution from the internet.
