New Zealand reports! First death
New Zealand onสล็อตxoMonday (Aug. 30) reported what officials said. It marks the first death in the country associated with Pfizer/Biontech's COVID-19 vaccine. But it emphasized the benefits of the Pfizer vaccine rather than the risks of infection and the vaccine's side effects.
New Zealand Ministry of Health released the information. After the Vaccine Safety Surveillance Committee investigated the death of a woman following Pfizer's vaccination. The ministry statement said The age of the woman was not disclosed.
The Safety Surveillance Committee considered that the elderly woman had died from myocardial infarction. It is known to be a very rare side effect of the COVID-19 vaccine, Pfizer said in a statement. Myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle. that can limit the heart's pumping potential and can cause arrhythmias
“This is the first case in New Zealand that has died days after vaccination. related to Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine," the New Zealand Ministry of Health said in a statement.
Pfizer's New Zealand Journalism Task Force has not commented. After Reuters sent an email asking about the matter.
The New Zealand Ministry of Health said the case was referred to the coroner. The cause of death is unclear. However, the Vaccine Safety Surveillance Committee, an independent committee, determined that myocardial infarction was likely caused by vaccines.
The Vaccine Safety Surveillance Committee emphasized that “The benefits of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine still outweigh the risks of both contracting COVID-19, and the side effects of the vaccine are substantial. including myocardial infarction.”
