1.把<a href="https://www.alexander-mcqueen.com.tw/">MCQ</a>鞋帶的兩端穿入靠近鞋頭的鞋孔中。拆下鞋帶，把鞋帶的兩端從內向外穿進底部的鞋孔中。這樣裡面會有一條橫線，拉緊鞋帶，確保鞋帶兩邊的長度一致。

最常見的穿鞋帶方法就是交叉法。買鞋時，大多數的鞋都已經用這種方法系好鞋帶了。為了節省時間，拆鞋帶之前，先看看是不是已經用交叉法系好鞋帶了。
2.右邊鞋帶壓在左邊鞋帶的上面，交叉穿進左邊底部第二個鞋孔中。把左邊的鞋帶穿進右邊底部第二個鞋孔中，穿出X型。把右邊的鞋帶壓在左邊的鞋帶上，穿進下一組鞋孔中，重複這個動作，直到穿完鞋帶。

3.把頂部的鞋帶放在鞋裡。當你穿到頂部時，由外向內穿鞋帶，這樣鞋帶能放進鞋內，把長的鞋帶留在鞋內。

4.用右邊的鞋帶壓住左邊的鞋帶，然後再用左邊的鞋帶壓住右邊的鞋帶，系一個活結。把鞋帶拉到鞋頭，鞋帶要松一點，在鞋頭處用右邊的鞋帶壓住左邊的鞋帶，然後右邊末端從交叉處下面穿過，打一個結，不要拉得太緊，因為要讓打好的結放在鞋頭。接下來，用左邊的鞋帶壓住右邊的鞋帶，從交叉處下面、第一個結的上面穿過。

鞋帶要系得松一點。打好的結正好放在腳尖處，腳趾前面能放下這個結。
5.把系好的鞋帶藏在鞋裡。確保打好的結可以放到腳趾處，以免磨腳。每次穿鞋的時候看一看鞋帶是否在合適的位置。
