Hello,
I live in Vietnam and there is a load of red tape when it comes to backing, especially for foreigners like me. This means that I can't connect my bank account to my PSN account. I have however found a shop that seeks PS+ cards but I'm not quite sure how to use them.
Is it like a gift card where I just put in the number and my account gets credited? If so, can I use that so that I can pay online as well as play games?
